Wheelset testing system UF 2500, is a system specially designed for magnetic particle crack testing of wheel axles.

The crack testing system for wheelset testing is equipped with a modular magnetization system for targeted testing of different component areas:
- The closed coil (2000 A) is used to test shaft ends,
- The reduced coil (4000 A) is intended for wheels or brake disks,
- and the half coil (2000 A) covers the center area of the axle.
This flexible design of the magnetization devices ensures seamless fault detection for differently shaped test parts.
