Crack test bench Uniflux UF SPE for magnetic particle testing according to EN ISO 9934 and ASTME 1444-94a
Features
Longitudinal and transverse magnetisation are only possible in separate and consecutive operations.
Possible magnetisation procedures
- Current flooding: Indication of longitudinal cracks
- Auxiliary fluxing: Indication of longitudinal cracks
- Coil magnetisation: Indication of transverse cracks
Version
- Separate high-current generator for feeding the two magnetising circuits
- Pneumatic clamping device in the left clamping pole
- Right clamping pole can be moved and locked by hand
- High-current changeover switch with two functional positions:
Workpiece clamped = current or auxiliary flux possible
Workpiece unclamped = field or induction flooding possible - Mobile high-current coil D = 400 mm or 500 mm
