The Uniflux chain tester is a crack testing device for magnetic particle crack testing

in accordance with DIN 54131, Part 1 for sling chains, lifting and load chains in accordance with DIN 685 Part 5 and UVV 18.4 § 26.3.

These AC coils are available in various dimensions as well as mains voltages. The function of the coils is based on an alternating field with mains frequency, whereby inserted workpieces are magnetised in the longitudinal direction of the coil. The weakening of the field of this piece is achieved by removing the workpiece in question. The functional sequence can be carried out manually or automatically (passage via conveyor belt).
