Description
Our low-frequency demagnetization tunnel with manual transport trolley has been specifically designed for the reliable demagnetization of demanding workpieces. The use of a low-frequency magnetic field provides particularly high field penetration, enabling effective reduction of magnetization even in deeper sections of the workpiece.
Compared to conventional demagnetization systems, low-frequency technology is especially suitable for thick-walled components, complex geometries, and workpieces that have previously been magnetized using direct current (DC). The slowly alternating magnetic fields allow for a gradual and highly effective reduction of residual magnetism to a minimum level.
The integrated manual transport trolley ensures controlled and uniform movement of workpieces through the demagnetization tunnel. This guarantees optimal exposure of each component to the demagnetizing field and delivers consistent, repeatable results. At the same time, the trolley simplifies the handling of heavy or bulky workpieces and supports an ergonomic workflow.
The robust stainless-steel construction ensures long service life and high operational reliability. An integrated trolley tray with a drain plug provides clean operation and facilitates easy maintenance.
