The Uniflux mobile inspection booth provides a practical and flexible solution for shielding inspection areas during magnetic particle inspection of chains and lifting accessories. When used in combination with the Uniflux chain inspection system in accordance with DIN 54134, the booth creates a protected working environment with optimal viewing conditions for UV-based inspections.
Thanks to its compact pop-up design, the booth can be set up by a single person within minutes and is ready for immediate use. The lightweight, foldable frame allows easy transportation between different inspection locations, making it ideal for mobile applications in workshops, maintenance facilities, inspection centers, or directly at the customer’s site.
The mobile inspection booth offers a floor area of approximately 1.2 × 1.2 m with a height of around 2.0 m. When folded, the packed dimensions are reduced to only approximately 160 × 160 × 820 mm, enabling convenient transportation to any inspection location.
For the inspection of long chains, the tent roof can optionally be equipped with a chain slot, allowing test objects to be fed directly into the inspection area using an overhead crane.
Optimal conditions for magnetic particle inspection
For fluorescent magnetic particle inspection, a dark inspection environment is essential to reliably detect even the smallest indications. The mobile inspection booth minimizes interfering ambient light and thereby supports the accurate evaluation of test specimens under UV illumination.
