Our Magnetic particle crack systems UF 600 bis UF 1000 (GP) are equipped with an innovative split headstock featuring two separately controlled electrical circuits. Each headstock can be activated or deactivated independently – ideal for inspecting components of various sizes, shapes, and geometries.
Thanks to the combined or separate control of the headstocks, this magnetic particle inspection machine offers maximum flexibility for non-destructive material testing. Whether for single-part or series inspection, the UF series guarantees a wide range of testing capabilities while maintaining efficient operation.
By using two phase-shifted alternating currents, a rotating magnetic field is generated that makes cracks visible in all directions in a single operation.
The UF 600 – UF 1000 crack detection systems with split headstock are universally applicable and can be flexibly adapted to different requirements regarding current and magnetic field strength.
