The UF 700-1000 Unoflux impresses with its robust design, precise testing technology and high operational reliability - ideal for industrial use in non-destructive material testing.
It enables longitudinal and transverse magnetization in separate, consecutive work steps in accordance with the international standards EN ISO 9934 and ASTM E1444-94a.
This design ensures precise and reproducible detection of surface cracks on magnetizable workpieces of various sizes and shapes.

Features

  • Separate high-current generator for feeding the magnetizing circuits
  • Pneumatic clamping device in the left clamping pole
  • Right-hand clamping pole can be moved and locked manually
  • High-current changeover switch with two function positions:
    • Workpiece clamped: Current or auxiliary flow possible
    • Workpiece unclamped: Field or induction flow possible

  • Current flow: Display of longitudinal cracks
  • Auxiliary flooding: Display of longitudinal cracks
