Crack test bench Universal UF 1100-4000 Unoflux SPE
High-performance magnetic particle inspection system for non-destructive material testing
The crack detection systems in the UF 1100-4000 Unoflux SPE series are high-quality, robust systems for magnetic crack detection of ferromagnetic materials.
They enable longitudinal and transverse magnetization in separate work steps and are equipped with a powerful high-current coil.
Our crack detection systems can be customized for your application.
Features
Longitudinal and transverse magnetization are only possible in separate and consecutive operations.
- Longitudinal and transverse magnetization in separate, consecutive operations
- Separate high-current generator to supply both magnetization circuits
- Pneumatic clamping device in the left clamping pole
- Right clamping pole can be moved and locked manually
- High-current changeover switch with two functional positions:
- Workpiece clamped: Current or auxiliary flow possible
- Workpiece unclamped: Field or induction flow possible
- Mobile high-current coil, diameter 400 mm or 500 mm
Possible magnetization processes
- Current flow: Display of longitudinal cracks
- Auxiliary flooding: display of longitudinal cracks
- Coil magnetization: display of transverse cracks
Execution
- UF 1100 Unoflux SPE (clamping length of up to 1100mm)
- UF 2500 Unoflux SPE (clamping length of up to 2500mm)
- UF 3000 Unoflux SPE (clamping length of up to 3000mm)
